Durinh 3N4D tour, my driver Hai was easy to communicate with, friendly and polite. Not only he was punctual but also whenever I texted him he responded me directly. They do small group tours but I chose to drive solo and got a great motorbike with rain gear and equipment to secure my luggage along with helpful advice. If you’re reading this considering booking after your Ha Giang Loop tour, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I stayed with my 6.5 year old daughter. Having been dropped off at 3pm, we essentially postponed our 6h return to Hanoi by 24 hours and my word this was the best decision ever. Room was on 17th floor, incredible views. We headed straight for the pool which is gorgeous with swim floats, flippers and balls for kids (also peaceful for adults with poolside beds). We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that but there’s a shopping centre literally next door with a great food court and floors with a soft play, roller skating, bumper cars, kids painting activities - and massage chairs for adults. Paradise for my daughter. For adults, there are some nice coffee shops again just outside and a hotel lobby bar. The hotel gave us a free late check out until 2pm then we headed back to the pool again, completely refreshed for our car back to Hanoi. For the price we paid, this was a bargain and if you can spare the extra day, do it. Pool is open 6am-10am and 2pm-7pm.

We felt at home thanks to Duy and his family’s hospitality. The room was very spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. They helped us organize transport to other towns and were always very responsive and eager to assist. The heart and soul of the house are the three beautiful cats, which make the stay feel even more homely. Duy also gave us excellent food recommendations—be sure to follow them! If I ever return to Ha Giang, I will definitely stay there again.
