I highly recommend the Omina Hotel! It’s a great little boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient to lots of sight seeing and delicious food. The room was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The BEST part was the staff! Ruby helped us navigate old town, gave us recommendations for things to see in Hanoi, and helped us check on our transport to Halong bay when they didn’t show up. We will stay here again and will book all excursions and additional travel in Vietnam through Omina!

Joy helped me arranged all logistics including all tours and recommendations on nice places to eat. Location is also super, especially if you book tours during the weekends, you will be dropped off at the hotel but some other hotels in the city center cannot due to some streets become walking streets at weekends.
