The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel is in a quiet little street not far from local shops and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with loads to choose from. The tv and internet worked very well.

The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.
