The staff are super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Trang that went above and beyond to help us change our flight. They also upgraded us to a suite. Very clean, nice breakfast and the room was big and comfortable.

They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

HY Local Budget Hotel - 5 mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town offers a sun terrace. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. This was literally one of the best hostels that I've been to in my entire life. The receptionists, Emma, Chery and Jenny are really amazing they were always ready to help me, answer my questions and give me good tips for places to visit in and around Hoi an. Perfect location 5min walk from the ancient town. Finally the room was really clean and comfortable. I totally recommend this place and can't wait to go back again.
