The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and functional. We had two separate bedrooms, that accomodated comfortable the whole family of four. Good aircondition in both living room and other bedroom. Proper shower and washing machines for dishes and clothes (with washing detergent!). Hosts were very informative, friendly and helpful, and they have made a lot of small things to make sure that guests enjoy their stay at the apartment. Our stay at Pristina was wonderful and one reason was this accomodation.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. It’s clearly a new property. There’s a parking area right in front of the hotel. If you have to park in front of other cars when it’s busy, the reception staff will take your key and move your car when needed, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t book with breakfast included, but we ordered from the restaurant menu and paid afterward. The food was delicious and filling. Overall, we really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we visit Pristina in the future.

She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
