Parking, keys, directions- all so simple!

Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout. The setting, the food, the service (especially Barbie!), the views, the amenities. Amazing place!

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant. When you arrive, you get greeted immediately, and staff would help you with your luggage to the room. The rooms are all beautiful, and the drives are fantastic. I was very happy about how mindful our guide (Cathy) was towards the animals (If there were other cars near a certain animal, we would try to come back later. She kept good distances), and how knowledgeable she is. She tried to really find all the animals (except leopard, as they would be exceptional to find). I would really recommend staying 2 nights, so you have enough game drives to also go and see the giraffes (they live further away in the reserve). The dinner is fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, and the morning coffee with a view of the elephants really ties everything together (they also live in the big reserve, but tend to come into view in the morning). The staff is all really nice, and the spa treatments are not too expensive.

"Central Knysna is is within 15 minutes' drive and George is 70 km from Pezula Hotel. Pezula likely offers best views in Knyssna. The staff, from front desk, spa restaurants are just wonderful and very accommodating. Our 5-year old daughter was offered a massage in a spa which was the highlight of her holidays. The outdoor swimming pool and rooms are excellent. Highly recommend.

The room had a wonderful view. The room was furnished with great attention to detail. We couldn't imagine how it could be any better. The breakfast was also very tasty. Very nice and clean area with different bungalows to book. Everything clean, new and cozy. Walking distance to Center and beach. Really nice and friendly hosts!
