Located next to the ocean and would recommend to book ocean view. Extremely clean and secure with very good parking and very warm and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was sparkling clean and very well tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Wished had booked more days there. Nearby you can walk to the whale watching spot and also restaurants nearby.

Very spacious bathroom, comfy beds, pool right outside, lots of shared space both inside and outside. Very nice and helpful staff + Chloe the dog. You easily can walk to town and the cliff pathway, and the town in itself is safe enough to walk even at night. Super place!

The staff created a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. From the very first minutes, we felt welcome and cared for thanks to their warm hospitality. The room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful details that made the stay comfortable.

The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. Spacious and comfortable room. Great staff. Great location. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good.

Enjoy exquisite dining or sip a glass of local wine in the lounge, where there is nothing but 3,000 miles of ocean between you and the South Pole. Everything! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The room is very comfortable and we had a sea view which was spectacular. Bed was ridiculously comfortable with plenty of pillows, could not ask for a better stay.

Isable and Pierre as exceptional hosts! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The reception, check-in, and recommendations are excellent. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional. The view of the mountains are great and it is walking distance to restaurants in the area.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable! There were thoughtful touches and the location is ideal! Close to good restaurants, the Cliff Path, and whale watching spots. The area felt safe and peaceful. If we ever return to Hermanus, we’ll definitely book this place again!

The guest house itself was immaculately clean and neat, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Nivenia Beach House to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. The host's hospitality and the guest house's comfort and cleanliness make it a true gem.
