Situated 7 km from Brisbane Entertainment Centre, ibis Brisbane Airport in Brisbane features a bar, an on-site restaurant and views of Moreton Bay and Brisbane's surrounds. Firstly it is so convenient to get to after a flight. We walked to the hotel from the Domestic terminal and it was safe and easy. Then the reception staff are really wonderful. They were not only super friendly, but they all went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and informed one. The room was also great. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the view of the runway from our window was fantastic (day & night), the shower was piping hot with good pressure, the soap and shampoo on offer smells divine, and we had more than sufficient tea, coffee and sugar sachets for our stay, plus a small carton of fresh milk (more than what one normally gets in a room). Our breakfast the next morning was amazing! Lots and lots of options to choose from, from fresh fruit & beautiful thick yoghurt to the most delicious hot breakfast and decadent tartlets. All in all, this hotel gets full marks from us!

The Motel was conveniently located close to Brisbane Airport, which was a bonus in itself. Additionally, the staff were very receptive and helpful, which was a very big plus. Moreover, the rooms were big and spacious and very very clean. I loved the balcony, a major plus indeed, this contributed greatly to the spacious size of the room.

Ideally positioned within the Brisbane Airport precinct, this Novotel hotel offers modern rooms and suites, restaurant, bar and 24-hour reception. So peaceful and comfortable after a 22 hour flight! Woolworths across the street so we could buy food and drinks as the restaurant was closed at our late night arrival.
