Mercure Newcastle Airport offers accommodation just 700 metres from Williamtown Airport. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. This hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. The staff here are amazing. Whoever trained their customer Service, 2 gold stars. John Paul and staff, nothing was too much trouble, professional and polite. Highly recommend staying. The restaurant is also some of the best meals and desserts I've had.

After pointing out the many ' home away from home' facilities, the host kindly helped us out with finding a place to eat very close by. The bed was so comfortable and ensured an excellent rest in preparation for the next day's driving. We were travelling with our neurodiverse grandchild and it was great that we were not rushed out in the morning, especially as the generous and extensive breakfast supplies encourage a relaxed start to the day. We particularly respect how environmentally conscious the hosts are and encourage the guests to be, as it is something we are very passionate about.
