Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Amazing newly renovated bungalows right on the beach. Whale watching from the shore. Everything i wanted and away from everybody else but close enough to get into town easily. Maggie the host was super helpful and met us at the airport, arranged a motor scooter for us and then dropped us back at the airport.

Cheran and her mum, were super hosts and managers of the Tai Roto Bay Resort. We were greeted at the airport with big smiles and beautiful personalities. Arriving at our beachfront villa took our breath away at the sight of the lagoon right out front. Welcome to Paradise. Villas was gorgeous, clean and bed super comfy with a yummy breakfast delivered daily and very private. Great local cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Robyn and the entire team were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a last-minute trip, and choosing Aitutaki Village turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and right near where the lagoon tours depart. Insider tip: Book your lagoon tour with Bishop's Cruises. Not only do you get a discount for staying at Aitutaki Village, but it’s also one of the best tour options around. While some companies have fancier boats, Bishop’s allows for more time on One Foot Island, which was a highlight for us. The on-site Blue Lagoon restaurant was another standout. Delicious food and refreshing drinks with a view you can't beat—highly recommend the vegetarian curry! We also loved being just a short walk from Koru Café and renting a moped from The Beach Hut made exploring the island so much fun. All in all, this was a 10/10 trip. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Aitutaki Village to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in paradise.

Dylan was great. He helped us organise to go kite surfing, renting a scooter and picked us uo from the airport and took us back. He was always available to help. The view from the sunbeds was beautiful. Nice sandy beach. Great to have free kayaks and a swimming pool. Filtered water tap to fill up on water. Scooter rental on site so very easy to organise. Books available in reception. Bishop's boat cruise and vaka cruise in walking distance. 2 restaurants and one cafe all in walking distance too.
