10 out of 10 ! since i was sick i needed to go home asap and i needed something close to the airport and this was just perfect ! the owner is such a friendly and kind person ! since my flight was only at 6:30 pm and i was sick he let me stay a little longer so that i don’t have so much time at the airport left !! The rooms are very comfortable and nice ! there is even a little kitchen area where you can cook ! and it is also very close to some shopping centers ! i would definitely stay here again !!!

This large apartment is just a few minutes drive from the Airport so was ideal. I did not meet the host but he provided extensive helpful information on Whatsapp. Very good facilities, which was important as we wanted to cook. Essentially this is set up as a family home.

This beautiful hotel definitely deserves to be a 4* as oppose to the 3* that it is. Arrived at Hotel Puerta Santander around 9.30am last Friday morning and was checked into our room as soon as we arrived which was an added bonus considering most check-in's aren't till about 2pm onwards. The rooms were very spacious, very comfy beds and a really nice bathroom with a great shower! To top it off there was a mini fridge in the room which was very handy, and the hotel rooms are actually soundproofed so sleeping wasn't an issue! From Management (Paloma) to the girls on the front desk (Michelle & Nina) and the cleaners (Adnee) they were all extremely helpful for anything we requested and enquired about. We had a wonderful stay in Santander & would highly recommend staying at the beautiful Hotel Puerta Santander. You will be looked after like a King & Queen 🩷

We had a big lovely clean room with all the amenities. There was a humidifying fan which was great for the heat. The stay were lovely and informative even more so with the language barrier but we still had loverly conversations. Definitely likely to stay again as close and easy access to the ferry at Santander.

Everything! When we arrived we were welcomed very warmly by a lovely man, Hector. All their staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking in hotel was convenient. I will highly reccommend this place, and would stay there again.

friendly village, 20 minutes from santander, probably the prices of food and drink were a lot less. not much to do there but nice to retreat to after spending the day in other parts of the beautiful cantabria

Santander city is one of a kind:It has elegance,beaity through architecture warm people,extraordinary cuisine,refined wine,brandy Peinado, I think the last spanish cognac that lost his name as"cognac"in 1972 and turned in brandy.It has fabulous churches museums,streets safety,a strong cultural life,locals gathered in the streets in the front of the restos or tavernas in order to interract,it is the starting point for:Santilliana del Mar,Cormilas,Cave of Altamira ,Castro Urdiales,Oviedo,Gijon and others towns.

This was a final stop on the way to the ferry. Ideal place.

This was a final stop on the way to the ferry. Ideal place. Easy to find and easy to get to the ferry. Not much there as we could see but there are a couple of places to eat and some bars to while away the evening. Reasonable prices. There was a local Lupa supermarket where I stocked up on goodies for the ferry trip and where we bought the last few bottles of wine to squeeze into the boot. There's a garage, ideal if you are on diesel as you need to fill up on cheap fuel before boarding. Yes, a handy little place for a late afternoon stop.

Maliano was a nice place , the hotel in a good location, sometimes your flight to England schedule at 10pm and when you try to plead with the manager of the hotel to consider you add little money to check-out before your flight time they refuse and inject you out by 10am.

Loved this city, can’t wait to go back.

Loved this city, can’t wait to go back. Perfect 3 days, everything going on, shopping, seaside, bars, cafes, food market. So easy to get around. Beautiful beaches, buzzy town centre, fantastic churros and tapas and drinks.
