Very quiet, even if it's very close to the airport. Supermarkets 20 mins away by foot or 5 mins with the car. We had everything we needed and a very good communication with the owner. One of the standout features of this property is its proximity to the ocean. Just a short walk away, I found myself on beautiful black sandy beaches with breathtaking views. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway by the sea

Large clean comfortable. Sharing bathroom with other guests was never a problem. Nice to have communal kitchen. Short walk to an authentic Canarian bar and small limited grocer both with very friendly service. A quick taxi from the airport and San Miguel marina.
