I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this wonderful accommodation. From the moment me and my family arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We truly appreciated the beautiful bouquet of flowers, the huge fresh fruit plate at our arrival, it was such a surprise and made us feel very welcome. The warmth, friendliness, and genuine care of our hosts made us feel right at home. The property itself was immaculate – perfectly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with attention to every little detail. Not to mention the unique location, the proximity to every attraction in Santa Claus Village but also to the city is a game-changer for any family with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into creating a space where guests can relax and enjoy their stay. The kindness and attentiveness of our hosts was overall beyond expectations. Whether it was offering local tips, making sure we were comfortable, or simply their warm demeanor, they made this stay unforgettable. The villa is located right in Santa Claus Village. Just like the pictures. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful very clean villa. We stayed in the first floor. You have to cook breakfast yourself but I didn't mind they provide you with lots of goods for breakfast and even snacks too. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom daily. The host was very sweet and pleasant. She even let me hire her babysitter for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

Loved how close it is to Santa Claus Village. The walk to it was gorgeous, just through the forest. Super warm cabin. Very comfy bed. The hosts went above and beyond. Nothing was too much and they were only too happy to help. Very approachable. Our stay was fantastic. We cant wait to come back.

A beautiful and peaceful place with a minimal-chic design in the rooms, blending so well with the amazing nature around. It is also a very eco-conscious hotel and all the staff are so welcoming, polite, helpful and warm. And the breakfast buffet is incredible and varied - I specifically recommend the local non alcoholic sparkling wine they serve, so refreshing! Cannot find a fault in this wonderful place - would give the Arctic Treehouse Hotel a "one of a kind" rating if I had this option. We stayed 3 nights but never wanted to leave..
