The host was always there to help us out and he even let us check in without taking the payment first as we were very tired. Loved the area too as it 5mins away from the airport.

I arrived very late, midnight and I would leave the property at 6:00am for day trip.
Although their breakfast starts only at 7:00am, the staff were kind and left for me in my room instant coffee and some bread for a quick bite before my 6:00am pick up.
The room was clean and aircon working properly.
The property is very good for a simple hotel. They had clean towels and had shampoo and body wash.
They also gave me water.
Very very close to the airport and in the corner there is a mini market that you can grab urgent supplies.
Perfect for people who arrive late at night.

Ngurah Rai International Airport offers easy access to Bali’s southern tourist spots, and is just 2 miles (3 kilometres) from Kuta’s resort centre and 8 miles (13 kilometres) from Denpasar. A taxi will take around 35 minutes to reach Denpasar and cost about IDR 125,000, while a taxi to Kuta costs around IDR 80,000.

Kuta is very busy, traffic is hectic, but there is plenty to see and do. Shopping is good, with plenty of bargains and hotels are very good. It was easy to get a taxi to travel around and we found the best driver, BAGUS, who took us on a 12 hour day tour of middle Bali (Ubud and surrounds) for only $50 AUD.

I'm not a shopper, as I had been travelling in northern Bali I wanted a few days chillin, lovely clean beach, very very busy at sunset, which were beautiful. I didn't find much else other than the usual, shops with anything and everything fake you could want, tattoo shops, massage shops, lots of different types of food, great coffee shops. I was happy to wander, have a daily walk to the beach, relax around the pool, often I was the only person there.

Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Be prepared to spend time in a vehicle as the traffic is a challenge at best. We went to one of the local malls, enjoying it immensely.

I appreciate the little island might not have the funds or resources to repair damage. However, with so many options for travellers Bali especially Kuta and Legian are definitely not beach holidays. The government needs to inject money because it’s the people that are suffering from the lack of tourism.

If you like hustle and bustle and lots of people then Seminyak is for you. It was my first time in Bali and I was a bit overwhelmed with how busy and crazy the roads are, if I was visiting again I would prefer somewhere a bit more chill but it was still a fun holiday.

It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.
