I arrived early evening and the lady at reception very kindly helped me with my luggage to my room and was really kind. It has a fridge kettle wardrobe bedroom/bathroom shoes. The lighting is excellent and had switched on both sides of the bed. There is a lounge area with a table and also very comfortable furniture. I had a smoking room that although it didn't have a balcony had an ashtray. The rain shower and water power was excellent and the bathroom freebies were very nice I loved the shower gel. The area has a pharmacy local places to eat and is only 5 to 10 minutes from the Phnom Penh Airport and even better they offer free tuk tuk transport to the airport. Highly recommended and be aware in the area some of the accommodation advertises close to the airport I. E. 2km and the one I looked at saying that was actually over 11 kms away. I would have no questions I would stay there again. Fabulous value for money.
