The location was perfect for a stay in this part of Malta. Getting there at night from the Airport on foot in thirty minutes. Do not worry if on Google maps you see photos of construction sites - those are outdated photos! It is all built and paved now, nice to walk on (July 2025). Facilities and cleanliness were spot on.

Sadly, we didn’t have much time to explore Siġġiewi, as we only stayed one night because it was close to the airport. Later we learned that this small town and its surroundings have a lot of interesting history. We only managed a short walk along the beautiful coastline, but we really enjoyed it.

Senglea is an excellent location to holiday, particularly if you don’t want too much noisy nightlife. It has lovely walks by the seafront with easy access to water Taxis to Travel to Valeta. It also has a fine range of restaurants and interesting museums, together with a nice sea swimming option at the point.

We asked the owner for some help he didn’t hesitate to come and give some help we appreciate. we felt like home my daughter like it staying there so much specially the tarace view. It is really nice spot, although you could go a bit closer to the sea. You can get around quite easily using the city buses. However, you should buy a Tallinja card for that, as buying separate tickets will not pay out (price is 2.5 euros at driver per 2hour trip). In contrast, for 25 euros you can get 7-day bus card (with many different options available). It will save you a lot.

Great for a short stay plenty of walking routes for moderate walkers The Blue Grotto and Unesco site worth a visit Buses and taxis available. The Aalto Resturant was first class suggest booking so not to be disappoint.
