The quick friendly check in employees who were a great help to me a weary traveler who had been up for 40 hours due to layovers at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport in the Philippines. I checked in quickly and received the breakfast pass for the next morning. The breakfast was very satisfying and the area was very clean and had a variety of choices.

Connected to KLIA via a sky bridge, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) with 5 mins walk away to and from KLIA. This 5-star hotel offers guests with complimentary 24-hour buggy service to and from KLIA. Grand setting, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. They told us early check in was subject to availability but we managed to get a room anyway - clear communication to manage our expectations and tell us what is possible. Breakfast is superb, in spread and quality. Starts early at 6am so it's good for a hearty meal before getting on an early flight. Really a breeze.

I accidentally booked the wrong one in different terminal so I asked the staff there if she can swap the booking for me but she said she can’t. (There were plenty rooms that time. I try to ring the property or message and none of them go through. I decided purchase for the right one and try to cancel the wrong one but I wasn’t sure if the hotel will allow it. Surprisingly they agree it and I appreciate that. Maybe they see my details pop up on another branch. Anyway, thank you so much Capsule lounge.
