We arrived late. The owner warmly greeted us with muna tea. It’s good to stomach health and high altitude reaction. My mom loved it very much. When the owner knows that we will take an early morning flight and have to leave hotel at 3:45am, they arranged a taxi. At 3:30 am, the owner remind us to go on time. For our trip, they didn’t sleep well. Really moved by their seriousness. They also prepared us breakfast the night before. They didn’t offer standard breakfast, instead, they asked us what we want. They always ask and check if anything we need. In the morning, when I am about boarding on taxi, I find I don’t have enough soles on hand, the owner helped again. All these little but warm help made our short stay very cosy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend other friends to come.

Cusco is definitely a place to visit when in Peru.
Cusco is definitely a place to visit when in Peru. Not all hotels are equals, so you have to be careful choosing a place depending on your taste for comfort.
Cusco offers great opportunities for visits within or around the city.
We had a great food experience at the Irish bar with the view on Plaza de Armas.
Too bad that there is a strictly enforced prohibition of taking pictures (even without flash) within the cathedral and most of the churches.
City Tours in buses are not worth the price.

Pisac is a great place to acclimatize if you are coming into...
Pisac is a great place to acclimatize if you are coming into the highlands from Lima or Amazon basin. It is charming small town with lots of historical interest. Archeological Pisak is well worth spending some time on. If you are looking to acclimatize to higher altitudes, Pisak is a better starting point that Cusco because the altitude is about 1500 ft lower and it is closer to Sacred Valley attractions.

Cusco is always a marvelous place to visit for it´s culture and gastronomy. Also people are kind and helpful and there is lots of choice in every aspect. Traffic is a little caotic in the center and drivers are poorly educated. Also street vendors are a little annoying. All in all, cusco will never fail you!

The Pisac archeological park is very interesting and takes 2 - 4 hours to see. Take the taxi up to the site and consider walking down back to the townsite through the park to see additional ruins.
Several good restaurants and coffee shops in Pisac. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Central plaza is a pleasant. Short drive from Cusco, could do as a day trip.

A remarkable place to visit, with a huge number a restaurants, retail outlets, although can get crazy with people everywhere walking on narrow pavements and motor vehicles brushing past when forced on to the roads!
Just make sure you can speak Spanish as I struggled with my basic knopwledge and saved bny Google translate especially when speaking to the owner.

Look no further for accommodations in Pisac!
Look no further for accommodations in Pisac! This is by far the best choice. Casa de Oren is just outside of the town and the proprietors will provide transportation from Pisac to their hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with balconies overlooking the beautiful garden.They serve a delicious three course breakfast included in the price and offer very tasty and affordable dinner options. Four of us stayed there for four nights and ate dinner there each night (huge portions). The hosts are very attentive and hard working and attend promptly to requests. They treat you as if you are family.We wish we could have stayed longer as this was the best stay of all stays in our two week visit to Peru.
