What an excellent host 👌 Everything was as promised and even better. The host took care of breakfast (the fridge was filled with food), which was a huge relief to us. We arrived at 2 AM from the airport with a child, and the discovery of the filled fridge was a best surprise. Even the bed for my kid was done (it's not very common). Best host so far by my experience.
