Otopeni waardeloos oud ,onduidelijk , onprettig en smerig Vliegveld !!! Was op doorreis , dus maar 1 nacht! Maar nog steeds het zelfde oude vliegveld al jaaaaren geleden!

We waren in Otopeni voor het Europese jeugdkampioenschap zwemmen en hebben behalve de accomodatie en het prima restaurant Tatu Bar en Gril niet veel gezien van Otopeni

Hier boek je enkel een kamer om dichtbij de luchthaven te kunnen slapen. We vonden wel een heel tof restaurant op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen, de naam was "Fort Restaurant", in een levendige woonwijk en bij een sportveld. Was een zeer aangename ervaring. Goed eten, vlotte bediening, correcte prijs, volledig in glas (openstaand) zodat je het gevoel hebt buiten te zitten. Er zijn grote supermarkten (Lidl, Mega Image) en enkele kleinere mini markets.

Wij hebben voornamelijk tijd doorgebracht in het sport complex voor de WK Jeugd zwemwedstrijden. Otopni Heeft een heel grote en luxe winkelgalerij, (of mall). Echt veel winkels van bekende merken en veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden op speciale plekken. En goede toiletvoorzieningen. Vanuit het motel kun je gemakkelijk per Uber naar Centrum van Boekarest wat plm. 8 a 10 euro kost.
