The place is conveniently located near the main highway, making it perfect for an overnight stop in Niš if you're traveling through Serbia. It has private parking. The room was quite clean and comfortable and warmed up on arrival. I'll probably think no further if I ever need an overnight in Niš again.

The beds are on the firmer side. Ivan was also punctual and kind during our airport transfer. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to!

An absolutely amazing stay! This apartment was beyond our expectations. The most comfortable and cozy feeling ever – it truly felt like home away from home. Spotlessly clean, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The kitchen was a dream come true, stocked with an abundance of supplies – everything you could possibly need and more! The living area was super comfortable, the cozy balcony was perfect for relaxing, and having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher made everything so convenient. The host was such a kind and helpful lady who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect stay. I can’t wait to come back!
