The apartment was very clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good. Parking is also there. Communication with the host is also very smooth.

Amazing stay. Big and clean room and bathroom. Perfect for the weekend stay. Smooth check in and check out as they use some specific app where they provide you with all needed information and also collect payment. As well they are offering simple but great breakfast. We felt like at home. Amazing location, surrounded by mountains. 20-30 min by walk from the train station, but there is also a bus station 5min away so you can catch a city bus. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed 3 nights. You'll feel like you're staying with family. They offered us a ride to go hiking and to the train station because it started snowing the day we left. I liked that the bedroom has it's own private area with an electric heater when the radiator wasn't on. The kitchen is well equipped and you even get tea and coffee 🙂 they don't speak English but we didn't have trouble communicating with the translator. Highly recommended! Oh and they even baked us a cake on our last day.

Το Apartmán Tatry-Poprad είναι σε Poprad και απέχει 26 χλμ από Strbske Pleso. Διαθέτει κήπο, δωρεάν WiFi, κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν. Very bad experience, Avoid this place!!!! The owner was rude, nasty speaking to us from the first second she saw our family. She asked to took our shoes off on the cold floor, and we went up the stairs to see the room. Room was tiny, with very little storage and no any closet, very low ceiling -so you need to be careful every time you walk in to the bathroom and back. She asked us not to use to much electricity or water, because of high bills. When she asked our documents, she was rude and pure racist because I had a EU Slovakian ID but been born in Russia. She even asked me where I did get this document, and asked for another. And mention what she not interesting in “whom I gonna sleep with, Just give me the right ID she said-I was in shock holding my 3 years old I just was thinking to leave this place immediately…but we are traveled long road and wanted just to freshen up and rest. It was big mistake to stay where, every single day she was coming to our room ( with no our permission) and take all our electrical devices from the power socket. Open or close windows, move some of our private stuff around-but not to clean our room, we had no cleaning service planed. They have not have any heating in kitchen as well, so if you woke up in the snowy morning, and want to eat your breakfast, probably you need to put warm clothes on you, because temperature in kitchen its like in garage about 8-10 degrees less like in your room. Its not really comfortable if you have a child. We had to dress our girl, every time she wanted to go to kitchen. A bathroom was clean, like all apartment and is the only positive thing we had where. But lacking any storage space in the bathroom as well, I would advise to owner to put at least two hooks for towels or clothes near the shower cabinet and sink. After a heavy snow storm, our TV stop working, and she said what we are Brocken all the system in her digital TV and put this system on Ukrainian language….
