I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Also, offering some local coffee and cacao would add a lovely touch to the experience.

Location, atmosphere and energy, friendly staff. Nate found me an excellent local guide for a full day tour including a hike to Pee-Pee waterfall. Residencial Mira Rio is an excellent value for money. I loved fantastic, authentic atmosphere.

Το Kingfisher- Principe έχει μπαλκόνι και προσφέρει θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε Santo António σε Principe Island. Rita and Brankihno (manager of the place in Principe) really did all to make us feel greatly hosted. We had some trip with Brankihno and his wife even cooked a dinner for us (local dish from octopus) which was very touchy. We saw monkeys on pur terrace in the morning (be ready to be waken up by chickens, ducks and dogs) but monkeys were really cute;))

This is a great little place. The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. Highly recommended!

Το Valdivia Homes -Príncipe βρίσκεται σε Santo António και προσφέρει κήπο και βεράντα. An oasis of tranquility on the remote and super exotic Príncipe Island. Very well equipped house (kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster etc). Stable working WiFi. Supermarkets are in reach (5 minutes by car or 30 by feet) and the beach is within walking distance. The host is super helpful and always instantly available for any questions, help or tips.

Nice room and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the 15min walk through the jungle to the beach

Το Valdivia Homes 2 - Principe βρίσκεται σε São João και προσφέρει κήπο και βεράντα. We had a lovely stay at Valdivia Homes, the cabin is cozy and clean, the terrace has great views to the jungle and the sea. The WiFi is really good, as well as the hot water in the shower! Joaquim and Rita were very helpful during our stay, they helped us with the airport pick up and with the moto rental.
