I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

Kaíta is a great host and she takes care of all your needs. This is a perfect place to relax and be close to the city also, and the airport.

Το Guesthouse Cacau e Café, που διαθέτει μπαρ, βρίσκεται στον προορισμό Santo António, Principe Island, και απέχει 15 χλμ από Obo National Park. Central, clean, and easy to find. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Also, offering some local coffee and cacao would add a lovely touch to the experience.

This is the best reasonable option in Santo Antonio. Beautiful location at riverfront of Rio Papagaio. Close to everywhere in the town. Super terrace where you eat breakfast and other meals and enjoy life and beautiful nature around. Rooms are on the same floor as restaurant (terrace), there is hot water available. Downstairs in the same building there is a small shop where you can buy some water, cookies and small staff. Breakfast: good omelette, fruits, bread, juice... Lunch: some samusa, meat rolls, omelette, and also cakes Dinner: Restaurant prepares also dinners, but you have to make your order in the morning (they have to buy enough food). Optionally you can walk to other restaurants around (within 10 minutes - very safe night walk). We enjoyed super tasty passion fruit muss. Definitely recommend to stay here. Staff can arrange guide for you - cascatas, praias, rocas, etc...

I really enjoyed my stay at Fernando's and Atina's place. They picked me up from the airport, invited me to eat with them. We also made amazing day tours to the best places of the island to a faire price. I really felt home there and it's also very close to the center of Santo Antonio. You can even walk there. It is also a very safe place. I can't wait to be back again! Muito obrigada pour tudo!

Το Kingfisher- Principe έχει μπαλκόνι και προσφέρει θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε Santo António σε Principe Island. Kingfisher, Wow. A dream destination with it's dream accomodation. There isn't one thing that we would of changed. In the most beautiful setting surrounded by nature and with the most beautiful view. We were lucky enough to have the monkeys visit early morning, such an amazing experience. The local beach is only a 5 min walk away and it's lovely and calm to have a nice refreshing dip. The owner Rita was very responsive and helpful with anything we asked. She gave us such great information which was greatly appreciated. Then there's Joaquim, what a man. He looks after the property for Rita. He can arrange anything you need on the island as he has many contacts. One of the tours we took was one of the best experiences we've had as a couple. He brought us papaya and bananas during our stay as well which were delicious. He's such a friendly man as are all of the people on Principe. This island has touched our hearts and our time will never be forgotten. Thank you Kingfisher, we are forever grateful. Dean & Gabriela.

Super nice little property in the city of Santo António. Carlos’s reception and assistance in arranging a motorcycle was amazing. Breakfast was varied every day with fresh fruit, juices, eggs, bacon was a lovely start to every morning. Carlos arranged a beautiful crab appetizer during the football match and we opted for dinner at the property twice which was delicious and filling both nights. Super grateful! obrigada por tudo!

Το Valdivia Homes -Príncipe βρίσκεται σε Santo António και προσφέρει κήπο και βεράντα. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay on Príncipe. It‘s just as beautiful as in the pictures and Bracino, the dog, is the sweetest addition to this home you could imagine. Rita regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property manager Joaquin was super helpful. Every morning, he brought us fresh fruit from the farm. ❤️ It‘s just a ~7-10min drive from the biggest town on the island and Rita has many recommendations for restaurants. There’s also a beach within walking distance.

The property is beautiful, breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the excursions are great. Wear long pants and sleeves and lots of insect repellant for any forest walks.
