A big thank you to the receptionist who helped when my son arrived early
I had booked 3 nights at the comfort inn
My son was meeting me there as he was already in the US
I was travelling from the UK
My son read his messages wrong and arrived 12 hours early and the booking was in my name
The lovely receptionist just asked a few security checks and sorted it all out so my son could access the room while I was still travelling
And emailed me to say they will take care of my son till I get there
Thank you
The hotel was clean and nothing was too much trouble definitely worth what we paid to stay and will definitely stay there again
The only downside was the breakfast wasn't great but there are places to buy breakfast near by so it's not a problem

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.

Amherst is a great place to stay.
Amherst is a great place to stay. All of our Buffalo favorites are minutes away, Duffs, Teds, Andersons and Bocce Club pizza. Millersport Hwy, Sheridan Drive and the I-290 are all right there for easy access to surrounding attractions. Highly recommend a trip to North Tonawanda and the Riviera Theatre.

The room was extremely small and the place is run down and dirty. The maid was very pleasant and working hard but overall it needs major updates. Could have paid the same price elsewhere and been much more comfortable. Would not recommend this place ever.

Attempted to EXTORT extra money in the hundreds after reservations were made MONTHS prior to travel date. Reporting to NY State Attorney General for extortion.
Very nasty hotel personncalled to cancel and was extremely rude & a terrible representative of Wyndham. Not the first issue we have had with Wyndham recently, will be looking for better more reputable companies.

Wonderful little gem.
Wonderful little gem. They upgraded us to an even bigger room but the room we booked was lovely also. Loved having a fireplace in the room on a cold winter evening.The room was very clean and Covid safety was followed at all times. Loved having the gourmet breakfast in bed! The food was delicious.

We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!!
Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!!
Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!

A shuttle service would have made all the difference as I had to wait over an hour for a taxi back to hotel and was then charged $35 fora 2.5mile journey.....yeh, I know!! right?
