This DFW Airport area hotel offers complimentary transfer service to and from all DFW terminals. The hotel has over 70 meeting rooms and a convenient business centre. Arrived at the property suffering from extreme food poisoning. Front desk staff assisted my spouse in obtaining some initial supplies and escorted us up to our room. The kindness was overwhelming.

After missing my flight and arriving a day late, she promptly coordinated with the third-party booking service and ensured my reservation was adjusted to my new arrival date. I had initially called on short notice and spoke with Dewayn, who was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me. I can’t wait to return—thank you so much!

We had a very stressful situation with our connecting flight from Dallas to Orlando being cancelled. We booked the best western for pure convenience and proximity to the airport. The bonus was the size of the room for 2 adults and 2 children, the pool and the free breakfast, not to mention all of the friendly and helpful staff.
