Arrived at 2355 from the Evansville airport after a 15 hour stretch from Australia. The lady at reception was very welcoming. Understood we were tired. She left a note for the morning shift than enabled us to vacate our room at 1o'clock. The shower was excellent, just what we needed. Breakfast was perfect, a wide selection of everything!! I had a wonderful stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Evansville East! The staff here are truly exceptional very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for everything I needed in Evansville. Nice clean hotel. No unpleasant smell, friendly staff. Special thanks to the maids, they cleaned up the trash and changed the towels every day, changed the bed linen almost every other day. The location is very good, shops and cafes and gas stations are nearby.

The location was great as we were within 5 minutes of my wife's mom. This was like our 4th time staying there when we have visited Infiana. If & when we come back we will probably stay here again for sure!!

You won't need more than 15 minutes to 'see' the town centre, then leave for there is very little to keep you there. Barely any shops remaining, nothing to see or do. The river front is actually ugly. A commuter town with a dead centre.

Gret sleep, nice room, clean and nice looking. Had been looking forward to a long soak in the tub and it was wonderful. Located very conveniently to the sleep study facility my friend needed to go to. Easy to get to and from and had a great dinner at Golden Corral just down the street. All in all felt it was a great choice and if we need to stay over again, we will be back!

Conveniently located between Princeton and Evansville. We loved that there was a Denny's restaurant so close to the hotel. Save the time on the continental breakfast and just go straight to Denny's!

Evansville is a growing city along the banks of the Ohio River. The city is continually upgrading itself through road construction and recreation facilities. The closeness to the University of Southern Indiana is quite convenient for students and parents.

Getting around town was a nightmare with all the road construction! We moved away a year ago and a lot of these projects are still going on. We never went anywhere there was not construction going on. The railroad tracks are still as horrible as ever. We moved to a city (Wichita) where the streets are nice, the stoplights are timed, railroad tracks are smooth and road projects are started and completed in a very timely matter. Evansville, it CAN be done!!!! Gas costs about 38 cents a gallon more in Evansville than anyplace between Wichita and Evansville. We are so glad that we moved! We don't miss Evansville at all, and we grew up there!
