Staff were soo helpful - we were on bicycles. They stored them while we flew away for 3-5days, then loaded them in their van when we headed out for a ferry for 6am. Life savers!

I have stayed here several times now and this is my number 1 choice when visiting Juneau. The property is a unique treasure. It’s quiet, clean and the location is very convenient. Parking is so easy. The staff is always very kind and professional. The shuttle is very dependable. Just a really great place to stay.

Pleasant joy staying here. Near grocery stores making it a great location, house was comfortable with enough heat to contrast the sub 30 degrees outside. Kitchen was fully stocked up with housewares. Loved the homey feeling . Great price, this is the place to go in Juneau!! Happy with the owners communication, she cares about property and her guest.

Location - two miles to M Glacier NP & City bus station right in front of the property.
Cleanliness - eyewitness cleaning lady washed and replaced the beddings two times well staying there for four nights.
A beautiful Mountain view in front of the dining room.

Very convenient to all areas of Juneau. I have to say, this experience was the most breathtaking I have ever seen and I have been to several places around the world and the U.S. Should be on everyone's bucket list. Can you imagine a dogsled ride and less the two hours later, hiking a tropical looking trail and jumping into a lake.

I was in Juneau for just 2 nights. I caught the Alaska state ferry from Juneau to Bellingham. I think the area has some great hiking trails when the weather is decent. I hiked the Perseverence Trail, which I liked very much.

Shuttle service to and from airport and downtown Juneau is a big value. Taxi or Uber cost about $40 one way to downtown Juneau. City bus stop was 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Hotel was dated but the room and linens were very clean. Boring part of town but close to the airport. The staff were courteous.

Try to visit during the Cruise Ship season but try not to visit Downtown when multiple ships are in port as the attractions are all booked up.
Hiring a car is recommended to get around and see the site.

The glacier and the nature trails around the mountains were very nice. There were many nice restaurants, however they were fairly pricey. Also, the downtown area had lots of shops but most of them sold similar things. Overall the area is very scenic and it was easy to walk around.
