Excellent location, brilliant staff and shuttle service is efficient and convenient. I have stayed at other LAX hotels and am yet to see their shuttles or the line is huge and it is quicker to get a cab. This hotel has a constant stream of shuttles (and all the shuttle drivers are super-friendly and helpful with luggage). The bellhop escorted us to the shuttle the next morning and loaded our many heavy bags for us. Everything was super convenient. Food was awesome - we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and the coffee shop was open until 11.30pm and the restaurant until midnight. (We had a long journey and hadn’t had lunch). There were no bell hops when we arrived - so the friendly staff member who checked us in took our bags for us - he was so lovely! Will forever stay here now - and have told family and friends in Australia who travel to LAX regularly to stay here. (This hotel is also the closest to LAX out of the other airport hotels). With an eye-catching entrance featuring soaring palm trees, Courtyard LAX provides accommodation within Los Angeles International Airport. The bed was comfortable. The courtesy shuttle was really good after a long flight. The information sent prior to my arrival about how to find the shuttle and what it looked like was greatly appreciated.

It was clean and accessible with airport shuttle. The driver was so kind and all the staff I met were friendly. Nice elevator system too.
