We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was so beautiful and serene , the area around it was wonderful for walks , the pool was amazing - felt like we had it all to ourselves most times . Also adored our covered balcony overlooking the pool - sat out there in the morning with coffee and at night with a glass of wine . Parking was easy , staff was very kind.Would def recommend and stay again .

Loved the shuttle service and the friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. Picked us up at the airport, took us to Old Town for dinner and picked us up. Took us to the trolley and to the cruise ship port on the day of our cruise. Great staff!!

We have stayed many times at the Comfort Inn. Always excellent. From the desk to the wonderful breakfast lady. Old Town is right there. And freeway ez to exit! Great value!

Also known as Lindbergh Field, San Diego International Airport sits just 3 miles (5 kilometres) from downtown San Diego. Just one question.

Just one question. What was that loud noise that almost shook the room every 5 minutes that sounded like a jet engine near our room until 10:30 pm? Went to Bali Hai for brunch. Lovely walk alongg the harbor before 11:00 am checkout.

I am not familiar with national city but it's super close to...

I am not familiar with national city but it's super close to TJ the Mexican border. If you don't want to stay in Mexico it is a very short drive and very convenient. It is also very convenient to drive from national city to the heart of San Diego.

The breakfast was not up to my standards.

The breakfast was not up to my standards. The eggs tasted like water, no bacon just sausages. I only ate breakfast there my first morning, the other 3 I went somewhere else. The hotel charged my credit card the amount I paid at Booking.com.

It was like a prison, no outlets, no access to office, our phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the office we are suppose to be in accessible unit but no outlets on any walls couldn’t plug in to charge wheelchair or phones. We left a day early. The rugs for bathroom had black marks on them and holes in them . Very bad stay.

THEY NEED TO PUT MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS. ALSO WHEN I CHECKED IN ON THE MAY 10,2023 THEY FAILED TO TELL ME THAT YOU CAN ONLY STAY 14 DAYS. BUT I RESERVED THE ROOM AGAIN FOR 3 DAYS AND THAT'S WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE LENGTHS OF TIME YOU COULD STAT THERE. BY THAT TIME I HAD BEEN THERE16 DAYS. SO I WAS PAYING FOR THE 3 DAYS RESERVATION WITH MY BANK CARD IT CAME BACK DECLINED,SO I WAS ALLOWED TO PAY FOR ONE MORE DAY WITH CASH AND TOLD I HAD TO CHECK OUT THE NEXT MORNING. HERITAGE HAS MY MONEY PENDING AND I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 31 DAYS+1 BEFORE I GET IT BACK. THE MERCHANT SENT PAPERWORK SAYING PAYMENT FAILED AND THEY WEREN'T TAKING IT. BUT STILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT BACK YET. HERITAGE INN IS WORSE THAN JANKY PROMOTERS.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY.

the room and staff was very nice, but we had to go up north to enjoy the beach because signs were posted public health warning, life guard said sewage that time a year is common.. so it was disappointing .

It was a great place to stay. Everyone makes you feel welcome, and at home. The staff is friendly, outgoing, and always ready to help out the guests. The rates are very affordable. I would recommend it to everyone. CALIFORNIA

I loved everything about this site I would always recommend people to come here...I love the manager Howie and his assistant manager DSean they are so wonderful and there staff is amazing...it's clean and quiet and perfect....I can never say nothing bad about it...not never

San Diego had a lot of things to do and most of the...

San Diego had a lot of things to do and most of the attractions are close to the city so driving long distances is not necessary. The zoo, Balboa park, the harbor cruise and the SS Midway along with Coronado were the main sites we visited. They were all well worth our time and money.
