Just need a clean place near the airport since our flight came in late. Shuttle was easy to use. Bed/ pillows were awesome. It may be that we were tired coming in but it was just what we needed. Water pressure was awesome in the shower too! I can see how the height of the shower head would be an issue for people on the taller side, but I am assuming that is a common issue for tall people.
