Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi. I appreciated that the hotel gave clear instructions on how to find it in the terminal. Most hotels totally ignore this common-sense courtesy, or don't even tell you they have a free shuttle. The room was well--appointed and didn't waste bathroom space on a useless bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the linen soft. Decent choices for upscale or casual dining, and a good wine selection.

Saw kids and seniors around. Some families are swimming. Made me feel safe. Room is quite clean. Overall I like the place. Breakfast was decent as well. Definitely would want to come back.

The clerk was amazing and so friendly...nice to have a smile at 3 am before leaving to catch a flight. Nice to have a breakfast "to go" at that time.
