Hotel is clean, nicely decorated. Very good location, 10min walk to the Main Street with restaurants and supermarkets. Frequent shuttle bus service to/ from gondola station. It is stated on the sheet every 20min, but they were actually more frequent than this. This is very good and important, as you would have less stress to rush in the morning and no worry walking to the gondola station with full ski gears and with kids. Friendly and helpful hotel staff, including the shuttle bus drivers, they hears your voices and will respond to them. Good hot breakfast, opened early at 7am, food varieties good enough for your choice. Breakfast menu would have slightly changed everyday. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, and they are opened late till 9pm. An half an hour relaxation is granted after everyday ski. Thank you St. George.

Gardenia Park Hotel is located in the city park, 3 minute walk from the centre of Bansko, offering free transport to the first gondola station in the winter season. The rooms come with free WiFi.
