We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced the comfort of our stay significantly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect setting for our family getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant. Krassy, the Restaurant Manager, took exceptional care of us from the beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, tasty, and aesthetically served, making each meal a true delight. The attentive waitresses, always smiling and eager to assist, added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience. The live cooking station was a unique feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kamran, who prepared our morning pancakes, was not only a skilled chef but also a wonderfully positive person, brightening our mornings with his delightful energy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and memorable thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the entire team. Very clean, very comfy rooms, options for smokers, food was divers every day for lunch and supper, very nice staff, not all of them speaking English but still doing their best to comply your request.

As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.
