As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

You have to firstly start off by saying the staff make this place ! This hotel must have an amazing staff training program as they were just amazing.So professional and attentive to all your needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is first class.The hotel is very modern.The rooms are large with very comfortable beds.Bathrooms/shower are large and very good.Powerful hair dryers and shampoos and soaps provided.The buffet style restaurant was very good.Fresh food and plenty choice was available.The bar was fully stocked with very good choice for a fully inclusive resort.Wines and beers where very good.The swimming pool area was very good and entertainment staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly visit again.

Excellent hotel with good infrastructure. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. A few dozen meters away is the beach with private sunbeds. Delicious and varied food, very helpful staff.

The Imperial Resort is set in the southern part of Sunny Beach, only 150 metres away from the Black Sea and the beach, and a 20-minute walk from the Old Town of Nessebar.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The standard room I had booked was spaceous and immaculately clean. What I absolutely loved about this hotel was the food - tasty, with excellent variety of the buffet in the main restaurant and the snack area, as well as the service offered - all the staff being warm-welcoming, kind and helpful. Very clean, great size room with great facilities, comfy large bed and pillows, good wardrobe space, hairdryer, fridge with drinks in, very nice toiletries included. If you like sitting on your balcony its worth paying the extra for a Seaview it a great view our friends had a full Seaview room it was a lovely view we overlooked the car park and the hills , which was ok. Drinks and food were good and plentiful, all staff work really hard, and look smart.. Plenty of sunbeds and pools. Reception girl very helpful. Hotel is in good location with its own beach..
