The food, service and facilities was amazing. I have never been to a hotel that has been more accommodating. It was always some activities to do if that’s what you like, or a great place to relax. And the personnel that worked there were the nicest most kind people. We had a great stay and would love to come back soon.

The hotel building is beautiful, the garden is very well kept, and the room was amazing. Staff is incredible, always there to help and arrange everything. We just have to sit back and relax.

All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. Hotel has beautiful territory, it’s all green and you can see that every corner gets attention from gardeners. There are enough place for evening promenade. The beach is not very big, so it’s better to come before 11am, but you have enough sunbeds near the pool if any. Beach is clean, has all facilities. Water is super clean and clear. Service is very good. In restaurants and at the beach you always get attention and can get any drinks or help you need. Food is very good. There are 2 a la cart restaurants (we didn’t try it), and 2 big restaurants - one on the beach and one in main building. Second has bigger choice, but on the beach you can eat on the fresh air with cozy atmosphere. We were completely happy with food choice and taste. Animation team is active and arrange a lot of interesting activities. They invite everyone, so you feel comfortable to join, but if you don’t feel like it, you can just relax. Also you can play table tennis, kicker, billiards, giant domino, darts, boccia. It’s all available all the time. With animation team or for individual use. Gym is new and well equipped for the training. Overall my family and I had great experience! But there are some things that can be improved. I would say that rooms are more on the level of 3 stars hotel. Room in general feels tired and needs some renovation. Bathroom has plastic ceiling that make room not cozy. Bed clothes are clean, but a little grey and have some spots. Towels also worn out. But beds and pillows are comfortable. Also patio is nice. Another point for us was spa. We planned to go, but prices are too high (most of procedures are cheaper in Russia and Germany). You could get some discounts for buying several procedures, but still prices are not good. Room cleaning is average. Foot towel were dirty, but weren’t changed, just folded back.

We arrived late to the hotel to discover that our main booking was cancelled due to a system error by the travel agency whom we made our booking with. Although the hotel was 101% booked as we told by the reception staff, they went above and beyond to accommodate our booking for the night as they were too empathetic seeing us so tired from our trip and having small crying child. They advised us immediately to book through booking.com just to save our night until we fixed the booking with our main travel agency and saved first night. Special thanks to Mohamed who can’t upset any guests special us, Osaman for his smiles and of course their manager who can run best phone conversation ever despite the pressure just like pros dose. Side note you can get best coffees in the main bar made by Abdo. Whom I would really consider to be my service hero in that hotel.

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
