This was THE BEST hotel we have EVER been in !!!! The service was exceptional- kind, cheerful, and helpful. Cleaning was 2-3 times a day, always fresh towels, two fresh bottles of water, and a small chocolate. The cocktails were excellent and so were the waiters. And the food was amazing - both breakfast and evening- fine dining level, worth every cent. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. We want to come back to that same hotel!

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Olé Tropical Tenerife Adults Only is located in Playa de las Américas, 550 metres from the beach. It offers a gym and outdoor pools. The hotel has a buffet restaurant.

The food was of very good quality and well cooked. The animation team and the staff in general were very friendly without being too much.

The lobby and piano bar were great to relax as v spacious. Great evening entertainment in the piano bar. Infinity pool was anazing. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities near pool. Great animation team. Belinda near reception car hire desk great for excursions. Restaurant tables outside nice atmosphere. Great food choices.and lovely waiting staff v attentive Sara, Elizabeth, Magby. Fridge in room and great english channels.

The acommodatie was very good, more then enough space for 4 people. We loved how Marina (from the splash pool) made the kids feel. She welcomed the kids when they came in, gave them balls to play with and checked if they needed anything else. She is a very warm person (thank you for the great time at the pool). The entertainment for the kids during the day was very good as well and the certificates during the evening were very nice.
