The hotel, the location everything was perfect. The staff was pleasant and helpful, wonderful people. The pool bar and the rooftop pool are amazing. The food and the restaurant are wonderful and have very good service. Everything was clean during the entire stay.

The property is very close to the airport and a beach. There is also a lovely Spanish restaurant just around the corner which had the nicest food ever. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel had lots of facilities like a spa and live music. The receptionist booked us a taxi to the airport and even arranged for us to have some breakfast before we leave at 4am. We stayed for just one night but I wish we had more!

We had an amazing stay. The receptionist Isa was the best. You should raise his paycheck. The housekeeping was also very nice. It was always clean. The breakfast was very delicious.

Never happened to me before to be selected as the guest of the day- thank you very much! such a kind surprise at the midnight check-in! very kind staff, beautiful location, close to the beach, Palma and the Airport less than 30min by bus. Elaborate breakfast. Highly recommended

Two nice nights in Mallorca south coast. As we were most of the time out hiking, we had no problem with anything in the hotel.

Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá is a truly elegant and luxurious hotel offering classic charm and outstanding service. My room was beautifully furnished, spacious, and had a balcony with breathtaking views over the marina and Palma Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail was perfectly maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was superb — fresh, varied, and served in a refined setting. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the waterfront promenade. A perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort — I would love to return!
