excellent hotel, great location and excellent service. the staff was friendly, they arranged a transfer to the airport. The hotel is located on the hill, but they provide a service and drive the guests to and from the beach by an electric car. We only had breakfast, but considering the prices in restaurants, I recommend buying all inclusiv.

Great place. Very friendly staff. The beach is nice, even though it is not sandy. The sea is warm and clean. The pools are also great. The food is the best hotel food I have ever had, 10/10. The cocktails are good in the bars. The rooms are great. There was also live music every day, a very good one. There are also water sports activities nearby. Amazing place

We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

I arrived at Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa on the 1st day of the season. The staff were so kind and welcoming, everyone was smiling and helpful. The hotel is huge, there are a lot of buildings and swimming-pools, but it's easy to find your way around. I spent an amazing time in the Sparkling Spa, the whole facility is divine, especially the pool and the hydromassage. Dinner was served on the 1st floor of the restaurant with a beautiful view over the hotel's beach and Theodorou Island. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet, the meals were delicious, especially the salads and deserts. ( I loved the orange cream! ) They offered Greek specialities, too. I got some Easter presents: "tsoureki" ( milkbread ) and Easter candles. This was a really nice touch. All in all, the hotel is great, but the kind and attentive staff make it even greater. I loved my short holiday at Porto Platanias and will definitely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing holiday here! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was perfect. The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. Greek hospitality gave us a unique and unforgettable holiday that we will always remember. The food was also fantastic – with delicious Aegean dishes and a very wide selection of vegetarian options, there was always something fresh and tasty to enjoy. The hotel was a real highlight of our one-week stay in Crete! Everything was just amazing. Upon arrival we (my husband and I) were told that our room in Porto Platanias Village Resort was upgraded to a superior suite with private pool in another hotel of this hotel network - Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. This was a surprise to us! Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice terrace, which had a table, armchairs, small sofa, a private pool and four sunbeds. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just beyond our expectations. The buffet was diverse, the food - delicious, and the seaview from the restaurant's window was really breathtaking. Everyday we were looking forward to our meals:) We would definetely recommend this hotel for a holiday stay!

We had a bungalow with a pool which backed onto a small olive grove and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we ever required assistance. The food offer was excellent and the quality was high. We’d go back in a flash.
