I really appreciate the personal attitude and kindness towards me, above all . the relaxing areas are nice and clean and enjoyed so much the beach area and pool bar and beach bar rooftop ! To Mesut from Poll bar my gratitude, also kind and professional, sweet and very caring with the kids playing around 😉! His team in the bar also knd know how to make great cocktails and that movement from Cristiano Ronaldo ( arms movement ) they are super funny and professional . To all the Spa straff my thanks and special to my really attentive therapist that help me a lot to recover , David you are great, keep going 🍀. Last but not the least , my heart thank you to Mr Huseyin i that at my last evening helped me to find a solution to overcome the issue caused by transfer company I had booked and didn’t come to pick me up ro the airport. It is absolutely nice place - from Reception to the beach. It is clean everywhere, the personal is friendly and solves any questions in a minute. Open buffet was just amazing - vegetables, fish, meat, chicken, anything you can only imagine from European and local cuisine. SPA really helped me to recharge myself in a short period of time. A lot of activities by animation team, you will not get bored.

I'll be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, but my expectations were exceeded. I want to point out the incredibly high level of service: 1. I booked a standard room, and they upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi for free. 2. All the staff were very friendly. 3. The room was clean, maybe not the newest, but the view was gorgeous. 4. Cleaning and refilling the minibar were done daily. 5. Food and drinks were excellent, including imported cocktails. 6. Wonderful territory around the hotel. 7. Clean coast. 8. Exceptional spa massage. In general, highly recommended.

Everything was over the top. Check in went smoothly and we even got our room before 2pm. Room was spacious with one double and one single bed. Comfortable beds, good noise cancellation, always clean and taken care of. I don't have words to describe the main restaurant. Variousity of foods is endless. I've never been to all inclusive hotel, that has this many options. Food is fresh and tasty. Restaurant is huge and there are so many seatings, that you never need to worry about that. The beach area is also huge and there are definitely few times more seats than quests. Also really nice pier, where are sunbeds, bar and at least 4 place from where you can enter the water. There are 2 large pools and small kids' pool, which were heated in the beginning of May. Two bars on both side. Staff doesn't serve you from sunbeds and you need to bring your own drinks. Luckily the queue moves fast and cocktails taste good. The beach restaurant which supposedly serves just snacks, has actually so much more to offer. Variousity of foods were the same as some 5 star hotels' main restaurants has to offer. Always super tasty food and friendly staff. Right outside the hotel is shopping street. Also Kemer city is just a few kilometers away. Loved I never felt hunger or disappointment when I stayed in Swandor hotel. I'm happy that I chose this hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff, location 3 min to the beach, private beach, towels service free of charge, drinks/snack bar on the beach, tasty food, good cleaning services, good value for money. Wi Fi internet wasn't that good for work or video calls in the room, however there is an area in the reception hall where you can work and the internet there is good and free of charge.
