The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were significant factors that made our holiday unforgettable. Rahit Rana at the reception, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us, adding extra value to our stay. The food was nothing short of a feast. Every meal prepared by the culinary team exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and variety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort were impressive. Lastly, the hotel’s management’s focus on guest satisfaction and their meticulous attention to detail made our time here even more special. Just 15 minutes' drive from the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, this 5-star hotel offers modern rooms with a private balcony. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The property itself is well maintained and the staff were friendly, always willing to help. Set right next to a golf course, the surroundings were peaceful, offering a nice break from the usual city hustle. Overall, a great choice for a serene stay, especially if you don’t mind being a little outside the main city action.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. Almost everything is great, especially the staff. Good job and thank you everyone! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are all accommodating, from the concierge, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Really thumbs up to all the staff! Everyone enjoyed our stay (kids and adults). The pool was nice, the food was good, the evening program was entertaining too (live music and belly dancing), there’s a small pond and there’s playground for kids as well.

Το Shams Alam Beach Resort βρίσκεται δίπλα σε μια ιδιωτική αμμώδη παραλία μήκους 1χλμ. Excellent value, nice resort. We enjoyed our stay. Good food, they have ping pong, pool, and windsurfing. Good house reef. Saw a moray eel. They have beach boules. Rooms are comfortable. They had some shows as well - fire show, etc. Reasonable price. I recommend this resort.
