We came to this hotel from Kazakhstan, and stayed there from 23d - 29 th of August, we came to Ajman after vacation in Dubai. The hotel was really nice. We enjoyed everything while we were staying in this hotel. The food was really good, I would like to thank chefs for cooking such an amazing and delicious dishes, Indian cuisine was incredible. The staff was really nice and polite, they provided everything for our convenience. I would like to thank reception staff, waiters in the restaurant for an excellent service, housekeepers and others for being professionals. In total the hotel was great with an eye to details and small things. Me and and my mum had an experience staying in different hotels including premium ones in all the Emirates, and what can I notice about this hotel that this place has a soul, and all the atmosphere in the hotel is super cozy and cute. This 4-star hotel provides spacious rooms with a kitchenette. It has free WiFi access, a gym and a full-service spa with an indoor pool. 1, Check in and check out process is very fast and it’s done by one of a small girl in the reception . 2, The bell boy Mr. Vinod is very friendly and he served and handled our baggage is very carefully. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with Ramada hospitality. Also the Iftar buffet was amazing and verity of food selection 10/10👌. Set in a tropical garden in Umm Al Quwain, Flamingo Beach Resort offers views of the mangrove islands, a private beach area, an outdoor pool. Umm Al Quwain Museum is a 10-minute walk away. Staffs were very polite, will visit again
