The staff is super nice, they made sure we were having a good time and that we were comfortable every single day. They also gave us a lot of information regarding what to visit taking into account what we wanted to do. The place is full of trees and nature, we even got to see some little monkeys from afar. The location is good, but it is high so you have to walk up some blocks whenever you go back after going for a walk. However, Uber is very cheap, so that was not an issue. Breakfast is amazing, they always serve different fruits, pão do queijo, bolo and James makes the best omelette ever. Thank you Ana, James and Patricia, we will definitely come back! ❤️

The hotel grounds are beautiful! There is so much green the air is super clean. The food was AMAZING. Usually, in all inclusive resorts, you get meh food. Not here. Everything is local and fresh - some of it is grown in the resort grounds. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s a great spot to take the whole family or just go solo to sneak away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. For those witk kids, there were tons of activities. The city nearby is quaint and pleasant as well, super safe. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay longer next time.

Pousada Santorini is one of the most traditional inns in Búzios, its 19 housing units provide exclusive and differentiated service, making your stay a comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff was super helpful and kind, always ready to aid with pretty much anything. We even got a good restaurant recommendation.
