Pools were great - heated pools are really warm. The view from the pools is great. Very clean. Kids pool is very nice, kids loved it and also very convenient sunbed area for the parents to be there and keep an eye on them. The ocean view is really nice, both from the room balcony and by the pools. Food was great and there was lots of choices. Personnel was very friendly and polite.

This luxurious, adults-only hotel is located just off Duque Beach on the Costa Adeje. It offers elegant junior suites with a furnished balcony or terrace, some with views of the Atlantic. This was THE BEST hotel we have EVER been in !!!! The service was exceptional- kind, cheerful, and helpful. Cleaning was 2-3 times a day, always fresh towels, two fresh bottles of water, and a small chocolate. The cocktails were excellent and so were the waiters. And the food was amazing - both breakfast and evening- fine dining level, worth every cent. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. We want to come back to that same hotel!

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.
