Just 200 metres from Paddington Tube Station, Shakespeare Hotel is situated in charming, tree-lined Norfolk Square. It has a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Excellent location: plenty of shops and diverse places to eat in the vicinity, as well as public transportation options. Friendly staff. We were able to store our luggage arriving before the check-in time and likewise after check-out until our departure time. Room is a bit small, but this was expected; it was clean, comfortable, and with free wi-fi.

The room was spacious, and there was room service each day. I appreciated the refrigerator and having milk provided for tea. Breakfast had a variety of foods which were delicious. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The front desk staff were helpful as was the young man who portered heavy luggage for my friend.
