Service staff is exceptional. I guess all the points will be for the staff of the hotel. Kirti accommodated our requests so well. Especially with children, everything is urgent and important and buffet restaurant staff ( the whole team) took care of us very well.

First visit to this hotel , was really amazing , rooms , clean , food , restaurants , very friendly staff polite and helpful . I like everything. Specially the breakfast and the view to fountain with life music.

Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Clean hotel, excellent staff, good restaurant with varied food. I don't eat spicy at all, they made a special main course for me.

Near to Jio World Convection Centre, Bombay Exhibition Centre is 5 km away while Bandra Kurla Complex is 6 km from the property. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was very good.
