Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

The smart luxury and intuitive service of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand debuted in India with Conrad Pune. The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

Located on the banks of Powai Lake, The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake is a Marriott hotel that offers comfortable accommodations. Generally felt very comfortable. Great place to relax in the weekend.

Near to Jio World Convection Centre, Bombay Exhibition Centre is 5 km away while Bandra Kurla Complex is 6 km from the property. Stay was excellent. Varun was really helpful to us.
