Offering a private beach area and a swimming pool, Ananthaya Beach is located on Rekewa Beach in Tangalle and provides 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests. Simply amazing! We licked everything about our stay here. It's a small and cozy resort that offer all you could need to enjoy holidays. A beautiful infinity pool, delicious Sri-lankan breakfast, amazing view to the sea. We licked that much that we canceled other hotel we had booked and stay another night here. They were very nice and they were able to make something for dinner even if we have arrived very late night. The stuff were very nice and helpful in every moment. We thank you a lot!

The setting is in the countryside with access to magical walks through rice paddies and farm land with opportunities to connect with friendly locals. Walks can take you all the way to seaside with many bird and water buffalo sightings. The accommodations at Yaye are modest, but adequate. The courtyard setting is beautiful and zen-like. The fish dinner prepared by host was one of the best meals we had while we were in Sri Lanka. Host was gracious and accommodating! Yaye for us was very memorable.

Located in the deep south of Sri Lanka, Chena Huts is just 5-minute away from Yala National Park. Everything was outstanding - the service, the accommodation, the food and the people! Big thanks to Yassi, our ranger, who was very knowledgable and made our game drives really enjoyable. Also our waiter Nuwan was amazing and knew our preferences by day 2.

Big Game Yala - by Eco Team is located on the edge of Yala National Parks, a 20-minute drive from the Katagamuwa park entrance. Big Game made my stay incredibly unique. I love how close it is to Yala Safari Park, the ambience if staying in a tent, how peaceful it is to hear the nature’s singing. The generosity and kindness of the staff, Avinka was great on explaining and giving a night walk tour around the camp at night. The bbq dinner at the camp under the stars and moon was also a perfect experience. 🙏🏻 thank you.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an exceptional team of hosts who were attentive, informative, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. Our guide led us on an immersive journey through the local wilderness, where we explored the diverse flora and fauna of the region. It was fascinating to learn about the unique plant life, listen to the calls of unfamiliar bird species, and encounter endemic wildlife in its natural habitat. Beyond the safari itself, witnessing the rural landscapes and daily life of the local communities added a deeply enriching cultural dimension to our visit. The accommodations were a perfect blend of comfort and adventure—true "glamping" at its finest. Our tent was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a plush bed to a refreshing shower, ensuring a seamless balance between luxury and the raw beauty of nature. The journey from the southern coast was undoubtedly worthwhile; stepping away from the beaches and surf life to embrace the serenity of the wilderness was a rewarding and unforgettable experience. Mahoora-Yala is more than just a safari—it’s an invitation to connect with nature in an intimate and meaningful way.
