Views, service by staff (Carolina and Javier at the reception, Alex at the beach, Monica from housekeeping, Carmen, Virginia and Jorge at the Gaviotas restaurant), facilities, rom comfort, food, etc. Best stay we have had in Cozumel.

Wonderful hotel with added bonus of a well organised dive school. We’ve had the best family time. Rooms are very comfortable. Clean & environmentally friendly. Food was exceptional.. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were professional, inclusive and fun! Such a great place.

Situated right on the beach in Cozumel, Occidental Cozumel All Inclusive offers sea views, 3 outdoor pools, a hot tub and gym. Fabulous Hacienda hotel set in.a jungle and mangrove swamp 2 beautiful pools, one right by the beach. Rooms and bathrooms were large with a lovely balcony overlooking the jungle gardens. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive drinks and food were fantastic. A very relaxed stay. Hope to return next year.

We chose this hotel due to its location in a good swimming/snorkeling area and being removed from the busy town. We were so happy to be able to step right out to the wonderful clear water and not have the noise of town nearby. Their beach area spreads out further than we thought so there was enough room for everyone, and servers would come to our loungers to see if we needed any drinks or food, but no pressure if we didn't want anything. Our room had a gorgeous view on the top floor with a wonderful high ceiling. The bed is comfy and the decor is classic Mexico with nice touches. Breakfast was very nice! Make sure to bring a little cash for tip as although its free, they do a great job.

Cozumel is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. This impressive all-inclusive resort, surrounded by tropical gardens with comfortable rooms and spectacular pools, also has excellent... Everythink has been perfect. AMAZING! Best resort my wife and I have ever been. The service is incredible. Honestly it is really superb
