Nice location, polite and friendly personnel, delicious meals, beachfront, some activities, a few restaurants, clean spacious rooms with a great view (we had mountains and it was majestic as well).

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We really appreciated being able to keep using the hotel facilities even after check-out while waiting for our evening flight. The restaurants (the French and the Italian) and the drinks were excellent. The location is also convenient, with useful places like pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to go out and explore the city.

Our tenth floor room with all its amenities, especially a bathtub. The entertainer in the El Faro Lobby Bar. The concierge service. Highly recommend this hotel. Would love to return.
